The Craig Police Department recently released their year-end report for 2016. The report details the strategic direction of the department, future priorities the department will undertake and breaks down the crime statistics for 2016. Craig Police increased DUI patrols last year by 113 hours and reported 86 DUI arrests, an increase of 31.5% from the previous year. Most of the DUI arrests occurred on the weekends with two-thirds taking place between eight at night and three in the morning. The Craig Police Department K9 team was deployed 50 times last year to conduct a drug search. Out of those incidents, 30 resulted in drugs being found. To view the complete report, click here.
