The truck driver involved in that crash was charged with negligent vehicular homicide. 41 year old Jamie Winters from Cheyenne died early Saturday morning when she crashed her truck into another vehicle on Highway 20, 8 miles south of Thermopolis. One of the passengers in the other vehicle was not wearing a seat belt, and was transported to Hot Springs Memorial Hospital.  34 year old John Ipes from Buffalo Wyoming died Sunday morning when the vehicle he was riding in rolled. Ipes was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle.
