A recent joint Wyoming law enforcement drug sweep resulted in multiple arrests and drug, money, and car seizures. Four search warrants were executed and four drug-related arrests were made. Seized in total was about four ounces of methamphetamine, 3.5 grams of heroin, over $3,500 in cash, and a car. 39 year old Michael Maestas, of Green River, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. 33 year old Kimberly Smith, of Green River, was charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance. 28 year old Amber Garcia, of Rock Springs, faces felony possession charges. And 54 year old Bryan Noyes, of South Jordan, Utah, is charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance.
