Sweetwater County Sherriff’s Deputies arrested two Rock Springs men yesterday for the unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Officers executed a search warrant on the home of 26 year old Eric Hayes in Rock Springs, where they discovered an undisclosed amount of cash, marijuana, and methamphetamines. Hayes was charged with the unlawful delivery of meth and marijuana. Another man that was in the home, 21 year old Steven Recla, was charged with unlawful delivery of marijuana. Each unlawful delivery of a controlled substance charge comes with a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison, a $25 thousand fine, or both.
