A drug and fugitive apprehension sweep conducted by Sweetwater County deputies and the Sheriff’s Office SNAAG team resulted in eight arrests Thursday night. The arrests were made in the Clearview Acres area west of Rock Springs. 20-year old Adam Fulmer was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana. 25-year old Adam Benton was arrested on warrants for probation violation. 20 year old Cesar Quezada was taken in for possession of marijuana and psilocybin. 19 year old William Clark had active warrants for use of marijuana and interference with a peace officer. And 28-year old Lester Dillon was booked on possession of marijuana. Sheriff Mike Lowell said three juveniles were also arrested and charged with conspiracy to deliver marijuana and psilocybin, delivery of marijuana, possession of marijuana, or possession of marijuana and psilocybin. Officers of the Rock Springs Police Department assisted in the sweep. The Sheriff’s Office SNAAG detail is a special unit of county detectives working drug and fugitive apprehension cases.
