A single vehicle crash Sunday resulted in the death of a 46-year-old Boulder woman. Although the accident is estimated to have occurred in the early overnight hours it was not discovered until 6:30 Sunday morning when the driver and sole occupant, Leslie Henderson, was found inside the vehicle. A report from the Colorado State Patrol indicated that her car went off the road on Colorado 134 just east of Toponas and rolled a number of times. Henderson was wearing a seat belt, but suffered fatal injuries in the accident. While the cause of the crash is still under investigation, alcohol use and excessive speed are suspected as contributing factors.
