VNA Offers Classes for Quitting Tobacco

NO SMOKINGSmokers who want to quit the habit, and need a little extra help in doing so, can get it from the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association. The VNA is hosting a series of classes dedicated to quitting tobacco. The free program provides peer support and help with kicking the nicotine habit. The classes are held Tuesdays through February 10th, and the VNA recommends attending as many as possible. They will be held at the VNA in Steamboat. If you are interested and need more information, call 871-7338.
