Two Wyoming Men Arrested in Separate Drug Busts

sweetwater-county-sheriff-3A Rock Springs man and a Green River man have been arrested in separate drug investigations. Last week, detectives assigned to the Sheriff’s Narcotics and Arrest Group (SNAAG) responded to a residence in the Blairtown neighborhood of Rock Springs in an attempt to locate a known wanted person. 58-year old Michael Sweets was found at the residence and arrested with methamphetamine and marijuana in his possession. Sweets is charged with possession of both drugs and remains in custody at Sweetwater County Detention Center. A day later, SNAAG Detectives served a drug-related search warrant at a residence in Green River. 25-year old John Kotusky was found at the residence and detectives recovered methamphetamine, psilocybin and numerous items of drug paraphernalia including used syringes. Kotusky is charged with possession of both drugs and is also in custody at Sweetwater County Detention Center.
