A Craig man and an unidentified passenger sustained minor injuries in an accident Saturday night on Highway 131, 2 miles north of Oak Creek. 19-year-old Victor Bianculli lost control, resulting in the car leaving the highway, where it rolled onto its roof. Both Bianculli and his 21-year-old male passenger were wearing seat-belts. Bianculli was issued a citation for careless driving. According to a representative with the Colorado State Patrol, icy roads and high speeds both contributed to the accident.
