Two suspected drunk drivers were arrested after they hit vehicles involved in the clean up, at the site of the semi-tanker roll-over that closed Highway 40 for 10 hours Saturday, near the Yampa Valley Regional airport. One driver ignored road closure signage and drove his SUV into an unoccupied Hayden Police vehicle. The 53 year old man failed a roadside sobriety test and was arrested on suspicion of DUI, reckless driving, failure to present evidence of insurance and numerous other charges. A 58-year-old Hayden man was also arrested on suspicion of DUI and Careless Driving after he struck an unoccupied CDOT truck at the clean up site around 10:30 Saturday night.
