A total solar eclipse will occur next month across the United States, causing day to turn to night. The path of the eclipse will cover areas of Colorado and Wyoming. In our area, almost 95% of the sun will be covered by the moon. Those who would like to see 100% coverage can travel to central Wyoming, as town there lie directly in the path of the total eclipse. The eclipse will take place Monday August 21st at around 10 in the morning. Path of the eclipse pictured above, click to enlarge. For additional information on the solar eclipse, click here.
