Moffat County’s election coordinator Tori Pingley has announced she will be running for the Moffat County Clerk and Recorder position during the upcoming election. Pingley says she essentially grew up in the Clerk and Recorders office, where she first helped her Grandmother, who also served as County Clerk. Pingley says she has the experience to lead the incredible team which has already been assembled and will continue the offices commitment to customer service, transparency and innovation. In addition to working in the Clerks Office, Pingley currently serves on the boards for Moffat County United Way and the Yampa Valley Young Professionals. Pingley will run against Tammy Raschke to replace outgoing Clerk Lila Herod, who is term limited. Raschke also works at the Clerks Office as the Motor Vehicle Supervisor.
