Three Rock Springs Men were arrested on drug charges related to the sale and possession of methamphetamines. 26-year-old Quintyn Hart, 19-year-old Clayton Palmen and 37-year-old Bernhardt Peterson were all arrested Tuesday night, following a search of a residence in Rock Springs. During the search, detectives discovered an undisclosed amount of methamphetamines, drug paraphernalia and other items consistent with the use and sale of illegal drugs. Hart and Palmen were charged with delivery of a controlled substance, while Peterson was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense. In Wyoming, the unlawful manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance is a felony which carries a maximum penalty 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, is also a felony, carrying a maximum of 5 years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
