Another Climber Rescued In Garfield County

The Garfield County Search and Rescue (SAR) were called out shortly after 8 Saturday night to rescue a male who was stranded on the steep slope above the RFTA bus facility in West Glenwood Springs. Phone Service Down At Routt County Communications

nophonesRoutt County Communication has reported that all of their non-emergency phone lines are not functioning due to damage in the Century Link network.  It’s likely that non-emergency phone service may not be restored until this Saturday.  Until the problem is corrected Routt County Communications is requesting that non-emergency calls be kept to a minimum, and if non-emergency service is required, they encourage you to contact local law enforcement agencies in person.
