Rock Springs Man Dies In I-25 Accident

39-year-old Gary Osborn from Rock Springs was killed in an accident last Sunday on I-25 near Cheyenne. Osborn was traveling north in the south bound lane of I-25 when he collided head on with a vehicle being driven by 34-year-old Omar Varela.
