The Craig Police Department reported to Wild West Radio News that the white Chevrolet pickup, belonging to John Michael Simons has been discovered. The pickup was found by a rancher in northern Routt County adjacent to the Black Mountain area, parked in a location known to be used by hunters and campers. There was no indication of foul play and it appeared that Simons had gone there to hike or camp in the vicinity. Simons was reported missing on July 25, 2014. A ground and air search of the rugged area where the truck was found failed to locate Mr. Simons and he continues to be listed as a Missing Person. Anyone with information that may be helpful in locating Simons is asked to call the Craig Police Department at (970) 826-2366. Pictured: John Michael Simons.
