Sign Up For Low Income Energy Assistance

LEAPApplications can now be filled out for the 2016, 2017, Low Income Energy Assistance Program or LEAP. LEAP provides financial assistance to low income households to help them deal with their winter heating costs. The program runs from the first of November through the end of April. If you received LEAP last year, an application will be sent to you in the mail.
