Applications for LEAP Available Soon

LEAPApplications for the Low-Income Energy Assistance Program, or LEAP, will be available soon. LEAP is a program designed to help low-income households meet their winter home heating costs; it does not pay the entire cost of home heating. The program period is November 1st through April 30th. For most households, LEAP benefits will be paid directly to the utility company or fuel supplier. Processing your LEAP application takes time.
