Former Deputy Pleads Not Guilty to Sex Assault

sexual-assault-300A former Eagle County sheriff’s deputy has pleaded not guilty to charges of sexually assaulting a Gypsum woman. 42-year-old Timothy Joseph Hay entered his plea Wednesday.
