Colorado State and local police, together with the State transportation department, are again cracking down on drunk drivers. This is the second of three holiday-related DUI enforcement periods between Thanksgiving and New Years. This latest enforcement, part of “The Heat Is On” program, began last Friday and runs through this Monday.
