Former Senator Pleads Guilty to Embezzlement

Judge Backs Away From Case Against State Senator

steve kingA judge has recused himself from a criminal case against state Senator Steve King, saying he has a conflict of interest.  Mesa County District Judge Thomas Deister announced the decision Friday.
