On Wednesday this week a concerned parent noticed changes in the behavior of her 14 year old daughter. The parent checked her daughter’s social media accounts and found that a 37 year old male, who was known to the parent, was sending sexually inappropriate messages to her 14 year old daughter on Facebook. A vehicle accident on West Victory Way yesterday, resulted in the arrest of 37 year old Damian Duran. Duran was arrested on charges of Unlawful Possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
