Steamboat Wal-Mart Evacuated Briefly

Steamboat Police BadgeThe Steamboat Wal-Mart was evacuated briefly yesterday, while investigators searched for a gas leak. Two customers at the store suffered seizures, and a couple more reported feeling sick. That prompted store officials to call authorities, who shut down the store at around noon to search for a possible gas leak. Nothing was found. The two customers who suffered seizures were taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center. The store opened back up at around 1:30.
