Steamboat Tax Collections Up For July

Steamboat tax collections were up slightly in July according to the most recent Sales Use and Accommodation Tax Report. Taxes for July when compared to the previous year increased by 1.2%, with the biggest gains coming from Marijuana sales, which grew by more than 13% and miscellaneous retail, which was up more than 6%. Year to date tax collection are up by more than 3.3% when compared to the same time period last year. To view the full report, click here.
