From a global perspective to local trends, a wide range of economic factors are collecting to shape our future. That’s according to the Steamboat Chamber, which is preparing for its 20th annual Economic Summit. This year’s event will be called “Vision 20/20”. The half-day event will feature Thomas Frey, executive director of the DaVinci Institute; KC Conway, chief economist for Colliers International and former Federal Reserve Advisor; State Demographer Elizabeth Garner; and Dave Belin from RRC Associates who will discuss trends in the Rocky Mountain region. There will be time built in for socializing and networking, and brunch is included. Registration is $70 for Chamber members and $85 for non-chamber members, with prices increasing after September 28th. The event will be held at 8 in the morning, October 3rd, at Colorado Mountain College. For more information, or to register, click here.
