The Colorado State Patrol is investigating a fatal accident on Moffat County Road 18 yesterday evening. According to the Colorado State Patrol, 52 year old Dennis Otis was killed when the driver of the car he was riding in lost control on a curve and rolled the vehicle. Otis was ejected during the roll. Wild West Radio News has confirmed that Otis is NOT the Dennis Otis who owns the Cool Water Grill in Craig. The driver, 20 year old Logan Otis was taken into custody and charged with vehicular homicide. The State Patrol says it appears alcohol was a factor in the crash. Click picture to enlarge.
