The Moffat County Commissioners are considering changing the Shadow Mountain Club House zoning classification to a business category before it is auctioned in May. Re-zoning the club house would give the purchaser additional ways to utilize the building. It would also allow the county to collect additional taxes if indeed a business was established. The Interfaith Food Bank, which is currently located in the club house, has yet to find a new home for their operation. Karen Bunk, a representative from the food bank said they are relying on word of mouth and the kindness of the community to help them find a new location for the food bank.
