The Colorado Unemployment rate increased slightly between October and November, according to a new report from Colorado Department of Labor. The unemployment rate increased .2% to 2.9% over that time period. The National unemployment rate went unchanged between October and November, remaining at 4.1%. So far this year, the average work week in Colorado has remained at 33.3 hours with average wages increasing by 89 cents to $27.85. According to Department of Labor Numbers, the unemployment rates in Routt and Moffat County both increased between October and November, with Moffat County’s unemployment rate increasing from 2.6% to 3%, and Routt County’s unemployment rate up to 2.9% from 2.4%.
