The Routt County Riders will be doing some trail work on Emerald Mountain this weekend, and they’re looking for people to help them out. This could be the final day of trail work, due to weather. It’s only a matter of time before the snow starts falling in Northwest Colorado, and the Riders are trying to get as much work done as possible before that happens. Volunteers will have lunch and tools provided, although you should bring work gloves, sturdy shoes, sunscreen, and water. Those who would like to help out can meet at the Blackmere Trailhead at 8:45 Saturday morning. Transportation will be provided from there to the work site.
