A Rock Springs man is in custody charged with three felony-grade drug crimes. 34 year old Michael Cisneros was arrested Wednesday afternoon at his home in central Rock Springs. Sweetwater County Sheriff Mike Lowell said detectives from the Sheriff’s Office SNAAG team and the Rock Springs Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant there and recovered methamphetamine and drug distribution paraphernalia. Cisneros is charged with unlawful manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance. He remains in custody at the Sweetwater County Detention Center on $20,000 bond.
