Recreational marijuana is coming soon to the town of Dinosaur, with a new recreational marijuana dispensary opening this weekend on Brontosaurus Blvd. Dinosaur voters approved the sale of recreational marijuana, during the 2016 election. This will be the first store of its kind in Dinosaur, with more dispensaries expected in the future. The store, which will be called Rocky Mountain Cannabis, will be located 3 miles from the Utah border, which has caused concerns in neighboring Uintah County. These concerns prompted the Uintah County Sheriff’s office to issuing a warning to Utah residents, reminding them to leave the legal weed in Colorado, when they visit the state.
