Plane Crash Near Gypsum

A single-engine plane with two people on board made an emergency landing yesterday in a field near Gypsum. Both the pilot and the passenger sustained only minor injuries. The pilot was preparing to land at the Eagle County Regional Airport when he lost power. The pilot then found an open field where he crash landed the plane, with the aircraft ending upside down. Photo of the crashed plane courtesy of Eagle County, click to enlarge.
