The last of the paving work for Phase Two of the Shadow Mountain Improvement Project is expected to be finished up today. The project will then shut down for the winter. Moffat County Director of Development Services Roy Tipton said yesterday that the last of 9th Street will be paved today. The project is a cooperative effort between Moffat County and the City of Craig to replace outdated sewer and water lines, improve curbs and gutters, and increase water pressure in the neighborhood. Funding for the final phase of the project has already been approved by the Department of Local Affairs, which means crews can begin on that phase in early spring.
