A winter weather advisory remains in effect until 5 Sunday afternoon for the valleys and will continue until 3 am Monday for the mountains and areas along the continental divide. Sunday, Northwest Colorado can expect additional accumulations of 1 to 2 inches at lower elevations with 6 to 11 inches for mountain areas. Winds of 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 35 mph at times Sunday afternoon causing visibility that may be lower than 3 miles in snow, and occasionally below 1 mile in blowing and drifting snow.
