New Minority Political Party In Colorado

A new minority party has been added to the Colorado ballot. The Unity Party now has more than 1,000 registered voters in Colorado, giving it minority status for at least the next two general elections. The party’s motto is “not right, not left, but forward.” The Unity Party will now have to hold an assembly at least 73 days before an election to nominate candidates. They’ll be placed directly on the ballot, unless a primary is needed.
