The Moffat County United Way Board of Directors has announced that they have promoted Amanda Arnold, the Community Impact Coordinator, to the Executive Director position. The Moffat County United Way director is responsible for helping the community create social change that leads to better lives and community though collaboration and community partnerships. They manage an annual half million dollar community campaign and coordinate the distribution of those funds to numerous community agencies. Arnold says she’s excited about the opportunity. She earned a Bachelor of Science in health care management with a minor in business at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Arnold officially takes over February 1st.
