Bruce Leon Harms, the sex offender that was missing out of Sweetwater County, was arrested Wednesday night in Grand Junction by U.S. Marshals. Harms has been charged with failure to register as a sex offender, which carries a possible penalty of up to ten years in prison and a $1,000 fine. Harms was originally convicted as a sex offender in California in 1989 and was also convicted of failing to register as a sec offender in Wyoming in 2013.
