MICHIGAN MAN HELD IN DEATH AT FRISCO MOTEL

court-300The Summit County district attorney’s office says a 42-year-old Michigan man could face second-degree murder and assault charges in a death that apparently followed a fight at Frisco motel.  The district attorney’s office says Charles Sattler was advised of the possible charges in court yesterday. Bond was set at $250,000 and Sattler, who was represented by a public defender, is being held in the Summit County jail.  The victim, 38-year-old Blake Bostic, was found at the motel early Monday with injuries investigators say appear to have been suffered in a violent dispute. He died later at a hospital. Sattler was arrested soon after.  The district attorney’s spokeswoman, Jill Sarmo, says it’s the first major crime in years in Frisco.
