The Moffat County girls track team, lead by senior Kayla Pinnt, had a great showing at the 3A state High School track meet over the weekend. Pinnt, who will compete for Colorado State next year, capped her stellar high school career with 3 individual state titles plus a forth as a member of the 400 relay team along with her sister Quinn Pinnt, Emma Samuelson and Ary Shaffer. Pinnt repeated as the state champion in the 100 and 200 and won the 400 by setting a new state meet record. Overall she has won 7 individual state high school titles. The Moffat County team finished in 2nd place. Other Moffat County athletes scoring team points at the state meet included Josie Timmer, Mattie Jo Duzik, Madysen Cramer and Selena Hernandez.
