A Craig man is accused of failing to register as a sex offender, after he was recently released from the Moffat County Jail. The Craig Press reports 26-year-old Esteban Tobias Fowler was released from Jail July 14 after serving 43 days of a 60-day sentence. But then he didn’t get in touch with the Moffat County probation department within five days of his release. So he was arrested again this Tuesday. The local district attorney says he also failed to register as a sex offender in Mesa County back in 2009. Fowler will be back in court Aug. 26.

Then she told officers that she felt guilty about it when she sobered up.
