Hickenlooper Raises Over $150,000 for Campaign in the Last Two Weeks

JOHN-HICKENLOOPER-300Democratic Governor John Hickenlooper raised $151,636 for his re-election campaign during the last two weeks, and he has nearly $1 million cash on hand.  His campaign announced the figures yesterday. The reporting period for which Hickenlooper raised the money covered May 29th through June 11th.  The campaign recently bought $906,050 for television advertising that will run from October 7th through November 3rd, the day before the election. On June 24th, Republicans will choose a candidate to challenge Hickenlooper. The candidates are Republican Secretary of State Scott Gessler, former Congressman Tom Tancredo, former U.S. Representative Bob Beauprez, and Mike Kopp, who is a former state Senate Republican leader.  The governor’s campaign has raised about $2.9 million for the re-election push.  Pictured:  John Hickenlooper
