A 30-year-old Craig man was arrested Saturday after police discovered items from multiple thefts in his possession. Police received reports Friday afternoon that a storage locker in Craig had been broken into. The owner of the storage locker told police that tools were stolen, and he believed they were taken to an apartment on the 600 block of Ranney Street. Police responded to the apartment Saturday where they found Jesse Smith-Golden in possession of the tools as well as a motorcycle that had been stolen in a previous incident. Smith-Golden was arrested and charged with theft, motor vehicle theft, criminal trespass and second degree burglary. He remains in custody with his bail set at $10,000.
