Craig City Council Presented with Appreciation Check

City-Council-300The Craig City Council received a gift yesterday in appreciation for the support they’ve shown for Tri-State Generation and Transmission through a recent lawsuit. Tri-State’s Drew Kramer showed up to last night’s meeting to thank the council for their support while they went through a lawsuit with WildEarth Guardians. He brought with him a $15,000 check, presenting it to the council as a token of appreciation. Mayor Ray Beck joked that it may be the first time someone showed up to City Council to give money, rather than request it.
