A California couple was arrested over the weekend, after 168 pounds of marijuana was found inside their moving van. 27-year-old Jesse Davis and 22-year-old Kelsey Hunsaker have both been charged with felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, and Conspiracy. The couples moving van was pulled over Sunday on I-80 near Rock Springs, after it was seen “drifting all over the road”. After a K9 deputy alerted officers to the presence of drugs, police discovered 147 individual vacuum-sealed packages of marijuana weighing a total of 168 pounds. In the last four months, Sweetwater County K9 teams have made 19 felony drug arrests and seized over half a ton of marijuana, liquid marijuana, marijuana wax, heroin, and methamphetamine with a street value of more than $1.4 million.
