Costs May Increase For UW Students

Seal_University_of_Wyoming.svgCosts may increase for students at the University of Wyoming in the second year of budget cuts for the University. Due to low energy prices the University had lost millions of dollars in state grants through last year.  Because of the drop in revenue, the university is considering a new program to increase their funds. The proposed plan would change tuition rates depending on the cost of the degree a student is pursuing.  For example, engineering students would be asked to pay more to attend the university because there curriculum comes at a higher cost than other degree programs.
