The Bureau of Land Management in Rock Springs is looking for the public to comment on a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Riley Ridge to Natrona Pipeline Project. If approved, the project would create approximately 380 jobs during the two-year construction period while generating $1.7 million in state and local taxes. It is expected to generate more that $770,000 of tax revenues during the course of operations. The project would construct pipelines of various sizes along a 243-mile stretch through Fremont, Sublette, Sweetwater and Natrona counties.
