Colorado Unemployment Rate Hits 15 Year Low

economyUnemployment numbers for the state of Colorado are the lowest that they have been since March of 2001 according to recent numbers released by the state.  Close to 71,000 new jobs were created across the state over the last year bringing the unemployment rate to 3%.  The largest job gains occurred in the health services and leisure and the hospitality sectors.  Jobs in professional and business services, financial activities, and manufacturing all fell during this time period.
