The Colorado Commission on Higher Education (CCHE) has selected The Keystone Center and Engaged Public to facilitate public outreach meetings across Colorado to better understand what matters to the public in higher education and how they think Colorado’s public higher education institutions should be funded. They want to hear from students, parents, higher education faculty, administrators, staff, representatives from K-12, business leaders, elected officials, and others interested in higher education in Colorado. Some of the subjects that will be raised include priorities in higher education, the needs of the economy and workforce as it relates to higher education, and how best to invest in the future of Colorado. The meeting will be held at Colorado Northwestern Community College in Craig on Thursday, September 25th, from noon to 1:30. For more information, call (970) 675-3301.
