55% Of Registered Coloradans Have Voted

VOTE.2-300Going into Election Day, 1.8 million voters have cast their ballots in Colorado. The Secretary of State’s Office says Republicans lead the vote tally with roughly 652,000 ballots cast, versus 645,000 from registered Democrats followed by 527,000 from unaffiliated voters. That’s a 55% voter turnout so far, according to Secretary Wayne Williams.  If you have yet to register to vote you can still do so today at your local County Clerks office, where you will also be able to vote in person.  Polling locations and ballot drop boxes are available until 7 tonight.
