Interstate 80 reopened Wednesday afternoon in the wake of a large winter storm that dropped more than a foot of snow over parts of Wyoming, created winds approaching 50 miles per hour and resulted in dozens of car crashes. I-80 had been closed for much of Tuesday and Wednesday. Even after the highway reopened, it remains slick in some areas. Most other Wyoming highways also reopened, including I-25.
